Product development cycles and lifecycles are getting shorter and shorter, so it is more important than ever to deliver maximum quality in a short timeframe. We make it our business to assure quality in a variety of ways.

Firstly, we use the latest equipment for tests and measurements and state-of-the-art tools. Trained and qualified members of staff use these specialist techniques and tools on the basis of our DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. We have our own temperature-regulated measuring room at 20 ± 0.5°C to measure our high-precision components. The system in the room uses several coordinate measuring machines to scan the components we make for size and precision with a tolerance of less than ±1.5 µm. All of this means that before a component leaves our facility, it will have been inspected and approved by our fully trained QA team, working with the best tools around.
